Dear Riverview Community,
We have seen a recent uptick in positive COVID-19 cases in our schools. At this point, we are not requiring masks. However, there are a few recommendations from Public Health - Seattle King County that will help keep our students and staff healthy and safe.
It is highly recommended that all students, staff, and volunteers wear a well-fitting mask for the next three weeks, while we try to slow the spread.
If you are feeling sick, please stay home.
If you experience symptoms, or test positive for COVID-19, lease follow the Department of Health guidance, found here: Symptom Flowchart.
Utilize the district testing program, available from 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 – 3:30 p.m., each school day, at the Riverview ESC in Duvall.
Preventative hygiene, such as handwashing, disinfecting surfaces, etc., will also help slow the spread of COVID-19.
Thank you for your continued support and for doing your part to keep our community healthy and safe in mitigating the transmission of COVID-19.
Sincerely,
Molly Lutz Director, Student Services Riverview School District
