Apply for Meal Benefits
Families who believe they may qualify for free or reduced-price meal benefits are strongly encouraged to complete an application for the 2026-27 school year through MySchoolApps.
Students with an approved application from 2025-26 will continue receiving meal benefits through Oct. 13.Beginning Oct. 14, families must have an approved 2026-27 application on file for benefits to continue. Families are encouraged to apply as early as possible rather than waiting until the October deadline.
Managing Student Meal Accounts Families can use MySchoolBucks to view student meal purchases, make payments, establish low-balance reminders and set up automatic payments. Parents and guardians can also contact the Food Service Office at 425-844-4523 to establish daily, weekly or monthly spending limits or block a la carte purchases.
Ensuring Students Access to Meals
Riverview’s meal charge policy helps ensure students have access to a complete school meal, even when there are insufficient funds in their meal account. Students may charge a complete reimbursable breakfast or lunch regardless of their account
balance. À la carte and snack-bar items, including milk purchased separately, cannot be charged.
Transportation Services
Bus Route Assignments
Students who rode the bus last year and have no change of address will automatically be assigned to a bus route. Families with a new address or students riding the bus for the first time should contact Transportation Services at tspweb@rsd407.org with the student’s name and current address.
A completed transportation release form is required for all kindergarten students who ride the bus. The form is found on the district’s Transportation website and can be returned electronically. Families who have already submitted the form do
not need to submit another copy.
Bus routes for the new school year will be posted on the Transportation website beginning Aug. 25.
Families are encouraged to use the
Stopfinder app for the most accurate
