Since 2019, Riverview School District families have received more than $50,000 in essential goods through a partnership with KidVantage, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children and families facing economic hardship and other challenges.

Through KidVantage's services and the efforts of Riverview Family Engagement Specialist Maribel Paniagua, families have received diapers, car seats, clothing, hygiene products, household supplies and other necessities that help support children's health, safety and well-being.

KidVantage works to ensure children have the essentials they need to grow, play, learn and thrive, particularly when families are experiencing financial insecurity, systemic inequities or unexpected disruptions in their lives.

The partnership reflects Riverview's ongoing commitment to supporting students beyond the classroom by helping families access resources that reduce everyday challenges and create more stable, supportive environments for learning.
